Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

I understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule our personal training session. I kindly ask that you provide me with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If you fail to provide 24 hours' notice, Revenite Boxing reserves the right to charge you the full fee for the session.

Refund Policy:

If you have purchased a package of sessions and need to cancel your remaining sessions, you may be eligible for a refund. However, please note that refunds are subject to a partial refund policy. The partial refund will be 50% of the remaining sessions, minus any card processing fees and other administrative costs incurred.

It's important to note that refunds may take up to 30 business days to process, and Revenite Boxing is not responsible for any bank fees or charges that may be incurred as a result of the refund.
